Manages and grows a cross-functional engineering team while setting roadmaps, KPIs, security processes, audit readiness, and production practices. This hands-on player-coach partners with engineering, product, customers, auditors, and company leadership.

Build and productionize AI agents for healthcare claims review. Responsibilities include agent orchestration, LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, reinforcement learning alignment, evaluation frameworks, production integration, and HIPAA-compliant safety guardrails. The role requires Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, production RAG experience, AI agent development, and applied reinforcement learning expertise.

Build and operate MLOps infrastructure for production AI agents, including evaluation frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, model access across cloud providers, experiment tracking, observability, versioned deployments, and cost optimization. Develop and fine-tune LLMs and machine learning models, monitor production quality and drift, and collaborate with AI engineers and clinical experts to deliver reliable healthcare claims automation.
