Lead and coordinate high-priority transformation initiatives to scale EHR-integrated value-based care insights. Perform rigorous data analysis with BI partners, manage project plans and stakeholder communications, support tool deployment, practice adoption, impact evaluation, and operationalization, and adopt AI tools to increase reach and impact.

Lead end-to-end payer go-to-market strategy and execution to drive practice enrollment and maximize attributed lives. Build and manage a high-performing team, create launch blueprints, timelines, dashboards, and sales enablement collateral. Partner cross-functionally (Analytics, Outreach, Provider Networks) to align priorities, train field teams, track KPIs, and optimize growth across commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid contracts.

The Principal Engineer will architect and develop scalable AI-driven data platforms, mentoring engineers and aligning technical strategies with business goals.
