Serve as primary resident contact and manage day-to-day marketplace operations: handle high-volume inbound requests via the Hello Alfred app, coordinate and confirm vendor bookings, track SLAs and billing, resolve issues or escalate, collect and act on resident feedback, monitor vendor quality, and support engagement and campaign communications.
