Lead Algolia’s product design organization across its application layer and Satellite design system. Define AI-native design standards for agentic experiences, trust, explainability, human-in-the-loop controls, and non-deterministic states. Own product design strategy, design quality, system governance, and executive partnership with Product, Engineering, and GTM. Build and develop a technical design organization serving developer and business audiences while driving adoption, performance, and customer impact.

Lead Algolia’s global brand strategy, positioning, voice, visual identity, campaigns, and brand activations. Build and manage an in-house creative team and agency portfolio, drive brand consistency across teams and partners, connect brand metrics to pipeline and revenue, manage the brand budget, and represent brand strategy to executive leadership. The role focuses on category creation for Retrieval Intelligence and measurable global brand growth.

Manage approximately 60 strategic accounts, owning renewals, contract negotiations, expansion opportunities, account health, and commercial strategy. Partner with customer success, solutions engineering, legal, finance, and deal desk teams to advance opportunities. Identify growth across divisions, mitigate renewal risks, manage complex enterprise sales cycles, and build scalable sales processes in an autonomous, high-growth environment.
