The Regional Sales Director will lead and mentor a sales team, drive revenue growth, forecast targets, and manage account strategies to ensure success in their assigned region.

Build and grow strategic relationships with focus partners (Cisco, AWS, IBM) in North America to drive partner-led pipeline, ARR growth, joint GTM initiatives, forecasting, QBRs, and partner enablement. Collaborate cross-functionally, represent AlgoSec at events, and execute sales mapping and opportunity planning. Travel up to 50%.

The Regional Sales Engineer engages customers to drive product adoption, presents technical aspects of products, and builds relationships while meeting sales goals. Travel up to 50% is expected.
