Responsible for managing marketing programs for technology products, driving internal awareness, engagement, and adoption among practitioners and client-facing teams. As a CCSI Systems Senior Engineer, you will support cloud platforms, focusing on AI-enabled solutions, GitHub workflows, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, primarily in Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities include deployment, operation, and optimization of cloud environments.

Provide legal counsel for Turnaround & Restructuring Services: draft, review, and negotiate engagement letters, NDAs, contingent fee terms, and D&O insurance matters; coordinate with brokers, outside counsel and internal stakeholders; maintain engagement trackers; manage requests via Ironclad/ServiceNow; support bankruptcy services and periodic on-call coverage. Ensure accuracy, risk review of work product, and timely approvals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven practice.
