Leads the Americas Business Intelligence Center, managing research leaders and delivering market, competitor, industry, company, and financial intelligence for business development and client delivery. Partners with senior stakeholders, oversees research quality and commercial support, drives responsible generative AI adoption, improves workflows and reporting, manages research vendors and subscriptions, and develops a high-performing team.

Support deployment, operation, and improvement of AI-enabled platforms and cloud services (primarily Azure). Implement GitHub-based GitOps CI/CD, author Terraform and IaC, operate containerized workloads, provide 24x7 production support, ensure security/compliance, optimize performance/cost, and maintain platform documentation and runbooks.

Summer internship in Risk Analytics supporting consulting engagements: extract, reconcile, and analyze large datasets; build repeatable data workflows; develop visualizations and statistical models; translate analyses into client-ready deliverables; use SQL, Excel, Python/R and analytics tools. Hybrid New York role with substantial travel and client-facing responsibilities.
