Provide L2 application support for Alkami's ACH Alert Fraud Prevention platform: triage and resolve customer-reported issues, analyze logs and run SQL queries, manage SLAs and escalations, document resolutions, validate releases, participate in on-call rotations, monitor environments, and perform root-cause analysis to improve processes and client experience.

Lead front-end-focused full‑stack development for a multi‑tenant SaaS online banking platform.
