Coordinates customers, vendors, and internal teams across multiple concurrent engagements; maintains implementation documentation, issue tracking, and billing records; communicates progress and risks; supports process improvements; and mentors less experienced specialists. Requires strong implementation, testing, stakeholder management, and root-cause analysis skills, with up to 20% travel.

Leads end-to-end development of scalable software systems, including architecture, coding, debugging, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident response. Drives API-first development, performance optimization, cloud-native applications, and modernization of legacy systems. Leads code reviews, establishes engineering standards, mentors junior engineers, collaborates cross-functionally, supports production systems, and participates in on-call rotations.
