Own growth analytics and marketing measurement across acquisition channels, attribution, funnels, onboarding, and creative performance. Maintain trustworthy event tracking and reporting across Amplitude, Metabase, Snowflake, and OursPrivacy; reconcile advertising and internal data; analyze CAC, conversion, and patient outcomes; support A/B tests and incrementality studies; and translate findings into actionable recommendations for Growth, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Own end-to-end product design for Allara’s patient experience across web and mobile. Develop design vision, apply shared design systems, collaborate with product and engineering, conduct user research and usability testing, and use data and feedback to guide decisions. The role partners with clinical stakeholders, supports high-quality product delivery, and helps scale the design team while mentoring junior designers as needed.

Leads end-to-end clinical provider network operations, including credentialing, licensing, payer enrollment, onboarding, performance management, capacity planning, compensation, and offboarding. Builds scalable operational systems, dashboards, knowledge management, and automation to support rapid provider growth. Partners across clinical, recruiting, product, growth, and payer operations while managing functional teams, improving efficiency, and delivering actionable insights and financial performance.

Supports clinical provider onboarding by tracking training, credentialing, and start-date milestones; follows up on delays and escalates risks. Maintains accurate provider records, identifies workflow bottlenecks, improves communications and templates, and helps design scalable clinical operations systems and automations. Collaborates cross-functionally on provider experience initiatives and ad hoc operational projects.

Launch Allara’s psychiatry service line by developing treatment, safety, escalation, and hiring protocols; participate in PMHNP recruitment; treat patients with mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and PMDD; supervise PMHNPs; provide case consultations and escalation support. The role is fully remote, begins as a 5-hour-per-week pre-launch consulting engagement, and increases to 10 hours weekly after launch.

Design and build scalable, event-driven distributed systems supporting personalized women's healthcare. Own full-stack technical initiatives, integrate with EMRs and billing/scheduling, mentor engineers, define architecture and standards, and partner with product, clinical, and data teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions.
