Lead U.S. recruitment for Wealth Advisors by building proactive pipelines and market maps, advising senior leaders on hiring strategy, delivering market intelligence, managing high-volume end-to-end hiring and onboarding, and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

Provide high-level administrative and client service support to multiple financial advisors: prepare presentations and meeting materials, manage calendars and travel, handle client inquiries and correspondence, coordinate events and office logistics, maintain databases and expense oversight, and collaborate with internal partners to enhance client service and business development.

Partner with Financial Advisors to provide portfolio analysis, account setup and maintenance, meeting preparation, client relationship support, and asset allocation recommendations. Participate in a structured development program covering investment, wealth planning, trusts & estates, and professional skills training. Assist in delivering world-class client service and support advisor business growth.
