Investigate, evaluate and resolve D&O, fiduciary, crime and other professional lines claims. Leads the vision, roadmap, delivery, governance, and adoption of Data and AI products supporting P&C insurance underwriting. Partners with underwriting, actuarial, claims, distribution, engineering, data science, and executive stakeholders to deliver capabilities such as GenAI copilots, intelligent risk scoring, submission automation, predictive models, and analytics. Owns prioritization, agile delivery, responsible AI practices, stakeholder reviews, and business value measurement.

Underwrite and manage assigned North American property and casualty insurance programs to achieve profitability, premium growth, and expense goals. Responsibilities include pricing and exposure analysis, underwriting referrals, audits, aggregation monitoring, program administrator oversight, claims coordination, compliance, broker and client relationship management, business development, reporting, and adherence to reinsurance protocols. The role also supports budgeting, special projects, industry development, and professional training.
