Defend insureds and the company in bodily injury, property damage, subrogation, and Allstate Financial lawsuits. Manage hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, motions, and heavy caseloads. Provide counsel to business clients, coordinate legal teams, monitor and advise on new laws and regulations, and collaborate across Law & Regulation.

Provide legal and administrative support to multiple attorneys: open and manage BI lawsuits, calendar court dates and depositions, prepare/file pleadings (paper and e-file), manage documents and correspondence, coordinate settlement checks, and maintain case files. Hybrid role requiring in-office attendance two to three days per week.

Handle insurance defense litigation from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and occasional trials. Provide counsel to business clients, draft legal documents, conduct research, interview witnesses, attend proceedings, and participate in training and mentorship to develop litigation skills.
