Analyze user behavior, business performance, and growth opportunities for a B2C subscription product. Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to inform strategy, build standardized KPI reporting, monitor performance, design and evaluate A/B experiments, and optimize conversion and retention. The role also identifies analytics infrastructure gaps and recommends data warehouse and reporting improvements.

Design and ship consumer digital product experiences across iOS, Android, and web. Responsibilities include researching user behavior, developing growth and community features, designing membership experiences, creating motion systems, using code and AI for prototyping, and contributing to design systems. The role owns work from concept through release and evaluates post-launch performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
