Conduct commercial due diligence and growth-strategy workstreams for buy- and sell-side clients: market sizing, competitor benchmarking, customer and expert research, and quantitative/qualitative analysis. Produce investor-grade insights, integrate data-driven and AI-supported analytics, manage client communications, supervise junior staff, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.

Lead end-to-end commercial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side M&A, assessing market attractiveness, competitive positioning, customer economics, and growth strategy. Advise investors and clients on commercial risk mitigation, manage engagement teams, build senior client relationships, and contribute to practice growth and business development.
