Owns account strategy, forecasting, pipeline development, revenue targets, client relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and growth of the corporate customer footprint. Partners with sales, customer success, marketing, product specialists, and product teams to advance opportunities, support trials, strengthen brand awareness, and relay market needs.

Drive strategic growth across major financial services accounts by upselling existing relationships, prospecting new teams, conducting value-based product demonstrations, managing trials, and closing enterprise sales. Partner with global sales, customer success, sales development, and product teams to build pipeline, forecast accurately, execute account growth plans, and achieve shared revenue targets. Regularly engage with clients and provide market and product feedback internally.

Lead and execute AlphaSense brand strategy and design systems across campaigns, product storytelling, OOH, web, social, and events. Provide hands-on creative direction, mentor and grow the design team, partner cross-functionally and with agencies, and evolve scalable visual systems that integrate product and communicate trust to enterprise audiences.

Owns the end-to-end new business sales cycle for mid-market corporate accounts, including prospecting, relationship building, product demonstrations, trials, forecasting, pipeline development, negotiation, and closing. Targets Fortune 1000 organizations and stakeholders in strategy, competitive intelligence, business development, investor relations, and M&A. Partners with SDRs, product specialists, account management, and leadership to drive quota attainment, customer success, upsells, and product feedback.

Leads the vision and roadmap for enterprise administration across internal and customer-facing systems. Owns workflows spanning account provisioning, configuration, lifecycle management, growth, and renewal. Maps and optimizes enterprise customer processes, aligns product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams, influences senior stakeholders, and drives cross-functional initiatives. Success is measured through improved onboarding efficiency, reduced operational overhead, and greater customer autonomy and satisfaction.

Lead the developer experience for AlphaSense’s Agent API, owning the journey from initial discovery through authentication, first successful call, integration, and production. Manage the developer portal, documentation, quickstarts, SDKs, code samples, authentication, errors, structured responses, logging, and tracing. Use developer analytics, support signals, and customer conversations to guide the roadmap while partnering with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Education to improve adoption and reduce time-to-first-call.

Sell AlphaSense’s Enterprise Intelligence solution to investment teams and C-suite leaders across hedge funds, private equity, asset management, and investment banking. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying opportunities, leading consultative sales processes, coordinating Sales, Product, Engineering, and Technical teams, managing stakeholder communications, developing trial plans, and creating strategies to close enterprise deals.

Perform outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 executives and investment professionals. Use email, phone, and social outreach, research target accounts, handle discovery and objections, schedule meetings for Account Executives, log activity in CRM, and consistently achieve program KPIs.

Lead accounting operations for a high-growth SaaS company preparing for public-company readiness. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; strengthen SOX controls; ensure US GAAP compliance; optimize NetSuite, Workday, and FloQast; drive automation and scalable processes; and build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting organization in partnership with the Controller and other finance leaders.

Leads and develops the Sales Development team to generate qualified pipeline and new business growth. Responsibilities include coaching representatives, establishing scalable sales development strategies, partnering on go-to-market outreach across email, phone, and social channels, analyzing performance trends, implementing professional development programs, and collaborating with Talent Acquisition to recruit sales talent.

Lead AlphaSense’s Financial Services channel research coverage across banking, insurance, and fintech. Develop coverage roadmaps, structured questionnaires, expert source strategies, and repeatable channel-check frameworks. Guide analysts and operations teams in project execution, expert targeting, feasibility, and quality control. Serve as the financial services domain expert, identify new companies and subsectors, map value chains, and generate differentiated insights for investors and corporate clients. Partner cross-functionally to improve research workflows, expand coverage, and maintain high-quality outputs.

Lead AlphaSense’s Search and Curated Experiences product areas. Set strategy and roadmaps for relevance, ranking, query understanding, document coverage, filtering, latency, reliability, and curated content experiences. Establish evaluation metrics and experimentation, partner with AI, Knowledge Graph, Engineering, and Design teams, and manage a product manager. Own the full product lifecycle from strategy through launch, analysis, and iteration while driving customer and business impact.

Leads the strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operations of AlphaSense’s financial systems stack. Owns quote-to-cash and revenue recognition workflows across Salesforce, Metronome, and NetSuite; oversees implementations, upgrades, integrations, internal controls, audit readiness, vendor relationships, and ASC 606 compliance. Builds and manages a financial systems team while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Procurement, and IT.

Lead a pre-sales team of consultants, collaborating with account executives, managing team performance, and driving strategy for business growth in financial services.

Lead and expand a portfolio of strategic Financial Services enterprise accounts, protecting and growing revenue through retention and expansion. Build C-suite relationships, run QBRs, drive adoption and onboarding, identify churn risk and white space, collaborate with sales and product, and travel frequently to major financial hubs to deliver executive briefings and ROI-driven outcomes.

Support revenue accounting for a growing SaaS business: apply ASC 606, review contracts and pricing, manage month-end close, analyze revenue and deferred revenue, support audits and SOX readiness, partner cross-functionally on system implementations and process improvements, and enhance NetSuite/Salesforce revenue systems.

Own AlphaSense’s curated product experiences, including company profiles, industry profiles, monitoring, and future surfaces. Use hedge fund investment research expertise to define, test, and improve accurate, credible, AI-powered experiences. Translate buy-side workflows into product strategy, identify market opportunities, collaborate with engineering, design, search, and marketing, and drive autonomous end-to-end delivery from concept through launch and iteration.

Lead product strategy and execution for AI-driven expert research: translate investor needs into AI workflows, define roadmap, run user research and experiments, collaborate with engineering/design, and drive launches while optimizing accuracy and reliability of LLM/ML outputs.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for content royalties, expert transcript library, and AI/LLM infrastructure costs. Build and maintain consumption-based financial models, analyze unit economics and gross margin, partner cross-functionally to guide resource allocation, prepare quarterly and Board financial materials, and help improve FP&A processes toward IPO readiness.

Own G&A expense and cash flow analysis for FP&A, build driver-based financial models, support monthly close and forecasting, prepare executive and Board reporting, partner cross-functionally with Accounting and Analytics, and contribute to finance process improvements toward IPO readiness.
