Provide commercial legal advice across global, multi-jurisdictional matters: negotiate client and vendor contracts, draft policies, deliver compliance training, manage IP, data privacy, sanctions, regulatory, employment and tax issues, and support senior leadership in a fast-paced scaling business.

Monitor client projects to identify and mitigate compliance risks, advise delivery teams, design and implement global policies and processes, collaborate with stakeholders on long-term initiatives, and create and deliver tailored trainings.

Review expert profiles and transcripts for legal/compliance issues, screen and proofread written output, resolve compliance flags with stakeholders, provide training, and draft and maintain Research compliance policies to support the Research team.
