Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, cost allocation, and month-end reconciliation. Partners with operational leaders and Accounting to assess performance, improve reporting processes, and provide insights for strategic decisions. Prepares executive and Board presentations and conducts ad hoc analysis. The role requires strong finance and accounting knowledge, healthcare industry experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Lead actuarial analyses for Medicare risk adjustment, pricing, and financial reporting. Extract and manage large healthcare datasets, build risk score reports (Cozeva, claims, Power BI), support forecasts/filings, advise senior management, collaborate with operations, and mentor junior analysts.
