Teams at Alternative Payments

Own a full product area spanning accounts receivable, accounts payable, and analytics. Define success and guardrail metrics, identify and prioritize problems, manage the roadmap, and own the complete customer experience through launches. Create clear PRDs and technical artifacts, collaborate closely with engineering on system design and tradeoffs, use AI coding tools, and help standardize product management processes across the team.

Build and own production-grade internal applications, dashboards, automations, AI agents, integrations, and infrastructure-enabled systems. Partner with Operations, Product, Data, and Engineering to translate business problems into scalable solutions, prototype new products, review AI-assisted code, and ensure reliability, performance, maintainability, and technical quality. The role requires independent end-to-end delivery, architectural judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability in an ambiguous, high-autonomy environment.

The Head of Product will own the product vision and roadmap across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and analytics, leading a team of product managers and designers, and driving innovation in AI and payments.
