Provide home-based infusion therapies (antibiotics, biologics, TPN/PPN, IVIG, blood products), perform PICC/port/Broviac care and dressing changes, assess and educate patients, document in EMR, collaborate with pharmacy and physicians, and troubleshoot infusion devices while following infection control and safety protocols.

Teach the New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) curriculum at an HHA training institute. Mentor and evaluate prospective home health aides, deliver classroom instruction, ensure compliance with training and immunization requirements, and maintain required documentation. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates preferred.
