Serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling bookings and correspondence across departments. Maintain knowledge of rooms, rates, amenities, and systems. Record guest preferences, assist with group bookings and coordination with Spa, F&B, Front Office and other teams to ensure elevated, personalized guest experiences.
