Inside Sales Engineer responsible for selecting, quoting, designing, ordering, and tracking HVAC equipment and systems for engineering firms and mechanical contractors. The role supports outside salespeople, reviews design plans, prepares pricing and proposals, coordinates manufacturers and customers, tracks equipment lead times, provides equipment documentation, and arranges training. Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and fast-paced work skills are required.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages billing, invoicing, credit memos, cash receipts, reconciliations, collections support, customer communications, and project accounting activities. The role supports AIA billing, lien waivers, intercompany reviews, monthly close operations, and accurate ERP and CRM records. It also provides sales and accounting team support while managing multiple deadlines and maintaining compliance with construction accounting processes.

Supports application, sales, training, troubleshooting, and specification of ABB HVAC variable frequency drives. Provides remote and onsite technical assistance, trains service teams and customers, performs harmonic calculations, supports VFD demonstrations and replacement strategies, and advises engineers and sales teams. Requires expertise in VFDs, HVAC systems, BACnet, electrical troubleshooting up to 600 VAC, and electrical schematics.
