Lead marketing measurement strategy and analytics for acquisition, engagement, and retention. Partner with performance marketing and agencies to validate MMM/MTA, design incrementality tests, run advanced quantitative analyses, define data infrastructure needs, and present executive-ready recommendations. Manage and mentor analytics professionals.

Provide administrative support to senior partner growth and ad sales leaders: calendar management, travel and expense coordination, invoice and vendor paperwork, contact lists, event and meeting logistics, communications distribution, departmental records, and confidential information handling. Collaborate with events and internal stakeholders to support partner growth programs.

Create linear and digital media plans, support pricing negotiations, maximize revenue, track deal delivery and resolve billing discrepancies. Oversee execution of on-air and digital campaigns, coordinate with Ad Ops and Sales, assist with ad-hoc analyses, and mentor Sales Assistants.
