The Data Product Scientist will analyze data, build machine learning models, translate business needs into data questions, and develop scalable data products. Responsibilities include training users, creating documentation, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

The Senior Data Product Scientist will lead data science initiatives, build scalable data products, mentor team members, and translate complex data insights into business recommendations.

Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Marketing, advising senior leaders on organizational design, workforce and succession planning, employee relations, performance management, change management, and talent processes. Use HR data to inform strategy, partner with Centers of Excellence, ensure compliance, support organizational changes, and drive leadership development and engagement across the Marketing organization.
