Leads AMC Global Media’s data product and analytics transformation for streaming platforms. Owns data strategy, KPI governance, measurement frameworks, instrumentation, data quality, analytics platform roadmaps, and organizational data literacy. Partners with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, CRM, and executives to establish trusted metrics, scalable governance, and data-driven operating practices. Manages product managers and analysts while communicating transformation progress and outcomes to leadership.

Leads the design, implementation, architecture, governance, and scaling of agentic automation solutions. Builds production agents using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, browser automation, LLM reasoning, and Python. Establishes enterprise standards for agent reliability, security, recovery, hosting, monitoring, auditability, and human escalation while partnering with Security, Risk, and Compliance.

Provides administrative and executive support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting and event planning, document preparation, invoice processing, onboarding, office supply management, and cross-functional project assistance. The role also supports content acquisition tracking, process improvements, and coordination with IT and Facilities.
