Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of overhead/roll-up doors, gates, dock levelers/plates/restraints; conduct preventive maintenance via CMMS; replace motors/bearings and perform mechanical repairs; follow safety procedures, use diagnostic tools, communicate with customers, and support continuous improvement.
