Provides front-desk customer service and administrative support in a student housing community. Welcomes and assists residents and guests, provides campus information, manages equipment issuance, supports check-in and check-out, maintains logs, communicates policies, monitors community standards, reports safety and maintenance issues, and assists with emergencies and security checks.
