Communicate with overseas factories, lead milestone meetings, improve tracking systems, and support corporate special orders while ensuring quality, cost, and deadline compliance in a hybrid New York office.

Provide high-touch administrative support to senior leadership including calendar management across time zones, meeting preparation, travel and visa coordination, expense reconciliation, confidential documentation and presentations, timekeeping support, and general office administration in a hybrid, in-person-required environment.
