Provide high-touch administrative support to senior leadership including calendar management across time zones, meeting preparation, travel and visa coordination, expense reconciliation, confidential documentation and presentations, timekeeping support, and general office administration in a hybrid, in-person-required environment.

Leads customer, marketing, and business analysis to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions. Evaluates acquisition, retention, engagement, lifetime value, and marketing investment performance; develops dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks; and presents executive-ready recommendations. Partners across marketing, merchandising, finance, and customer analytics to translate complex data into actionable business strategies and improve analytical maturity.

Examines and measures apparel samples to ensure accurate fit, construction, quality, and measurements. Partners with Design, Production, and vendors; leads fit sessions; communicates development feedback through reports, calls, sketches, and pattern corrections; maintains fit standards and sample records; and tracks sample status throughout product development.
