Drive commercial growth among luxury travel agencies, especially Virtuoso-affiliated advisors and agencies. Build and manage sales pipelines, develop partnership strategies, deliver product demonstrations and ROI cases, negotiate agreements, attend industry events, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams on onboarding and partner success. Maintain forecasting and CRM accuracy while serving as a subject-matter expert on luxury travel, GDS usage, agency operations, and advisor workflows.

Advise corporate clients on domestic and international business travel, researching options and arranging air, road, rail, and hotel bookings through Sabre. Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations, provide proactive telephone service, resolve customer and supplier issues, protect traveler information, and collaborate with teammates through coaching and feedback.

Drive full-cycle enterprise sales for Amex GBT’s business travel software and services. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, executive presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, RFP responses, contract negotiation, closing new business, customer onboarding coordination, sales target attainment, CRM documentation, and collaboration with internal teams. The role requires consultative B2B selling, complex deal management, senior stakeholder engagement, strong prospecting, analytical skills, and travel of 25–50%.
