Teams at American Express Global Business Travel

Manage a portfolio of $1M–$10M corporate travel clients to drive retention, profitability, and growth. Develop strategic client business plans, oversee contracts/P&L, lead RFPs, deliver business reviews, ensure high satisfaction scores, and identify upsell opportunities. Coordinate surveys, service delivery, and client communications; travel as needed.

Individual-contributor sales role generating new SME business for corporate travel management. Responsibilities include aggressive prospecting, consultative selling to C-level buyers, discovery with finance and procurement, crafting customized proposals and demos, managing pipeline and CRM, articulating ROI and P&L benefits, closing deals, and supporting implementation/first-year activation. Up to 50% travel within territory.

Support threat intelligence and red team activities: ingest and enrich intel from multiple sources, map TTPs to MITRE ATT&CK, produce IOC packages and briefs, turn intel into hunt leads and detections, and assist supervised offensive testing and purple team exercises while collaborating with detection, hunting, and IR teams.
