Analyze construction and infrastructure contracts to identify contractual risk, indemnification, insurance, surety, and risk-allocation issues. Support negotiations, advise clients, evaluate insurance policies and project agreements, and translate legal exposures into practical risk-management strategies. Collaborate with contractors, legal teams, insurers, and surety professionals while contributing to business development, thought leadership, and client relationships.

Summer internship providing hands-on exposure to construction insurance and surety through projects with Insurance, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, and Claims professionals. Interns learn brokerage operations, receive mentorship, develop professional skills, and complete a capstone presentation. The program is in-office, does not provide relocation or housing assistance, and requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Supports claims administration, reporting, data reconciliation, loss-trend analysis, documentation, and communications with clients, carriers, adjusters, and internal teams. The role includes structured training toward handling General Liability and Automobile claims, including investigation, coverage review, evaluation, documentation, and resolution. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, participating in client and carrier meetings, handling confidential information, and maintaining required insurance licensing and continuing education.
