Build and operate agentic AI systems for complex legal workflows, including document drafting, evidence review, workflow orchestration, backend services, evaluations, observability, and integrations. The role requires production software engineering, LLM application development, asynchronous systems expertise, and close collaboration with legal and product teams to deliver reliable systems.

Build end-to-end product capabilities across React frontend applications, backend services, APIs, data models, and real-time systems. Evolve application architecture for complex workflows, live data, and collaboration. Develop document editing and review experiences, including AI-assisted workflows. Partner with product and design to turn prototypes into polished software, independently researching and solving complex technical problems.

Own Lighthouse’s demand-generation engine from early traction to scalable growth. Responsibilities include pipeline generation, outbound strategy, account-based marketing, segmentation, messaging, content, campaigns, referrals, events, partnerships, experimentation, conversion optimization, and growth tooling. The role partners closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Legal, and Product to refine customer insights, identify effective channels, measure qualified demand and pipeline, and build a predictable demand-creation organization.
