Lead design and implementation of a standardized multi-entity accounting function for a roll-up holding company. Own integrations for acquisitions, monthly/quarterly/annual close, consolidated financials, lender and board reporting, audit readiness, tax compliance across entity types, and coordination with external advisors. Drive ERP and tooling migrations and provide actionable financial insights to operators and leadership.

Lead an established small business as CEO with full P&L ownership. Drive operations, team development, customer and vendor relationships, budgeting, forecasting, and growth. Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations while delivering measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, and cash flow and preparing for long-term ownership transition.
