Consults with customers, identifies needs, recommends offerings, processes credit card transactions and orders, documents interactions in Salesforce, manages returns and cancellations, and upsells complementary products while meeting annual revenue targets.

Leads fundraising communications strategy, messaging, storytelling, content development, public relations, and donor engagement initiatives. Manages a communications team, partners with executives and marketing teams, oversees communications across digital and social channels, and ensures alignment with organizational priorities and standards. The role manages complex projects, stakeholders, campaigns, and external relationships while improving fundraising outcomes through strategic communications.

Leads the Greater New York Region’s disaster-response mission, service delivery, fundraising, volunteer engagement, financial performance, community resilience programs, and external partnerships. The CEO supervises regional leadership, collaborates across a matrixed organization, represents the Red Cross to donors, media, governments, and communities, recruits board members, and ensures operational compliance and accountability across a large staff and volunteer network.
