Provide on-site, user-facing IT support across multiple ASPCA locations: troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, printers and telecom; maintain ticket documentation; deliver training; participate in projects, on-call and Saturday rotations; and travel periodically for site support to ensure staff can perform mission work.

Responsibilities include coordinating donor reports and events, managing meetings, calendars, travel, expenses, vendors, filing systems, databases, presentations, and team communications. The role supports the SVP of Advancement, tracks fundraising activity, coordinates workplace giving, and helps improve internal processes while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships.

Lead and scale paid social media strategy and analytics across major platforms. Manage an agency and one direct report, oversee budgets, A/B testing, measurement frameworks, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation and conversions while translating performance data into actionable insights.

Manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships, review marketing collateral and contracts, craft partner communications and stewardship materials, oversee internal department communications, produce presentations and impact reports, maintain account records, coordinate cross-team deliverables, and support the Director and VP. Hybrid role with occasional travel and partner meetings.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer and the Legal Division, managing calendars, travel, expense reporting, meeting logistics, inboxes, document management, vendor coding, onboarding, and public inquiries. Coordinate across teams, take and track meeting minutes and action items, handle confidential matters, maintain records, support special projects, and ensure compliance with administrative and financial processes.

Produce, shoot, edit, and optimize social-first video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn. Coordinate production logistics, operate camera/audio/lighting, create motion graphics, manage YouTube channel, track performance metrics, and collaborate with Multimedia and Social Media teams to align content with brand and audience growth strategies.

Lead and manage a team of Salesforce professionals as the primary technical authority for the Salesforce instance. Oversee SDLC, design and implement custom scalable solutions, enforce code quality and CI/CD (Gearset), manage data integrity, collaborate with product stakeholders, and provide off-hours support. Drive platform strategy, optimizations, and governance across the organization.
