Teams at American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

Provide administrative support to the Corporate Counsel office including contract execution and tracking, matter management, filing, calendar and travel coordination, expense reporting, inbox monitoring, and process improvements. Serve as a confidential, proactive liaison with internal stakeholders and assist compliance and attorneys with regulatory filings and key dates. Work hybrid (primarily remote) and support the Senior VP/Deputy Chief Legal Officer without direct reports.
