Oversee bequest and estate file administration, including correspondence with attorneys and fiduciaries, reviewing wills and accounting statements, processing legal invoices and charitable gift revenue, identifying potential litigation, and managing three employees. The role also handles donor recognition communications, maintains bequest records, supports reporting and gift processing, and collaborates with Trusts & Estates and Finance teams in a hybrid New York City-based environment.

Lead and scale paid social media strategy and analytics across major platforms. Manage an agency and one direct report, oversee budgets, A/B testing, measurement frameworks, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation and conversions while translating performance data into actionable insights.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer and the Legal Division, managing calendars, travel, expense reporting, meeting logistics, inboxes, document management, vendor coding, onboarding, and public inquiries. Coordinate across teams, take and track meeting minutes and action items, handle confidential matters, maintain records, support special projects, and ensure compliance with administrative and financial processes.
