Handle mailers, product sendouts, order fulfillment, invoice submission, and monthly KPI reporting. Build and nurture creator relationships, monitor influencer trends, and collaborate with social, paid media, brand marketing, ecomm, and creative teams to grow community and retention.

Lead social strategy for campaigns and product launches, create social-first content concepts and briefs, integrate creators and stylist community, mentor junior team members, analyze performance to inform future work, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure social alignment.

Drive territory growth by managing distributor relationships, executing in-field sales and education strategies, expanding into new salon doors, analyzing sales data, and meeting KPIs. Represent the brand at events, ensure merchandising and inventory, train partners, and implement localized initiatives to maximize retail and professional sell-through.
