Leads the global Creative Operations operating model, digital transformation, capacity planning, resource strategy, governance, financial visibility, and organizational development. Builds scalable systems across project management, production, asset management, approvals, reporting, and workflow. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to anticipate organizational needs, improve creative delivery, optimize investment, and guide transformation as the company scales globally.

Support the influencer team by managing the brand ambassador program (TYB), creator seeding, outreach, gifting, and affiliate payments. Handle mailers, product sendouts, order fulfillment, invoice submission, and monthly KPI reporting. Build and nurture creator relationships, monitor influencer trends, and collaborate with social, paid media, brand marketing, ecomm, and creative teams to grow community and retention.

Provides maternity leave coverage for an active prestige haircare portfolio. Manages product launches, packaging, claims, pricing, go-to-market readiness, competitive insights, and post-launch performance. Coordinates product development, regulatory, creative, sales, operations, and finance partners; maintains timelines, briefs, launch toolkits, and stakeholder alignment. This fixed-term role runs approximately six months and requires a smooth handoff to the returning team member.
