Promotes assigned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through outbound calls, inbound support, and digital interactions. Builds and manages HCP relationships, qualifies prospects, communicates product benefits and safety information, achieves sales and activity KPIs, maintains CRM records, and complies with pharmaceutical regulations and client policies. The role requires coverage across all four U.S. time zones and participation in training, meetings, and applicable conventions.

Manages Hybrid Sales Representatives, overseeing sales goals, performance, coaching, development, hiring, compliance, employee relations, schedules, expenses, and client satisfaction. Partners with program leadership and client stakeholders to execute sales strategies, territory plans, contractual deliverables, and performance initiatives. Provides field and call coaching, monitors productivity, manages corrective actions, and supports technology and reporting requirements. The role requires approximately 50% travel and experience in inside or hybrid sales within the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
