Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels. Develop strategy, build scalable campaign structures, run tests, allocate budgets, analyze performance, report insights, advise clients, and manage/mentor a small team while coordinating with creative, analytics, and account teams.

Design and maintain Power BI semantic models and Microsoft Fabric analytics solutions. Build scalable star schemas, DAX measures, Spark/PySpark pipelines, AI-enabled data experiences, and operational dashboards while partnering with engineers and BI teams to improve data quality, performance, and governance.

Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for financial services accounts, leading omnichannel marketing programs (CRM, email, paid media, SEO, direct mail). Translate business objectives into integrated marketing plans, manage cross-functional teams, run client meetings and business reviews, analyze performance with Analytics, ensure compliance and timely delivery, and identify opportunities to expand engagements.
