Lead Anaplan’s Customer Success organization for Financial Services and Insurance customers across the AMER region. Own retention, expansion, pipeline contribution, forecasting, executive relationships, and customer lifecycle outcomes for a $100M+ portfolio. Manage and develop 7+ Customer Success Business Partners while driving adoption of Agentic AI, MCP, and emerging planning technologies. Partner with senior stakeholders and maintain rigorous commercial and operational discipline.

Owns strategic customer portfolios in the Life Sciences sector, driving Anaplan adoption, retention, value realization, expansion, and business transformation. Partners with Sales, Professional Services, Partners, and Support to develop account strategies, monitor customer health, resolve issues, deliver enablement, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities. Manages $10–15 million in ARR across 10–15 customers and travels up to 25%.

Leads Anaplan’s global technology, AI, cloud, data, and ISV partnerships. Defines partner strategy, develops reseller and co-sell motions, drives joint solution development and revenue growth, enables partner sales teams, and aligns Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Manages executive relationships, strategic account planning, partner programs, ROI measurement, and global go-to-market execution across technology providers and systems integrators.
