Serve as the first point of contact for limited partners, answering questions about fund economics, capital calls, banking, distributions, tax documents, and reporting. Manage high-volume investor communications with accuracy and empathy, escalate sensitive issues, and collaborate with legal, tax, banking, sales, and product teams. Identify recurring problems, provide product feedback, and develop workflows, automations, and other improvements to scale investor support.

Build and manage inbound and outbound sales pipeline for Account Executives. Research target firms, identify decision-makers, conduct discovery conversations, qualify leads, refine qualification frameworks, manage SDR tools and automation, track funnel metrics in Salesforce, and partner with marketing to improve lead quality. The role also helps establish scalable sales processes alongside sales leadership and AEs.

Legal Counsel will handle commercial contract reviews, corporate matters, board consents, equity grants, fund and investment issues, side letters, secondary transactions, and regulatory questions. The role advises on securities and investment-management laws, supports bespoke fund structures, uses AI-assisted legal workflows, and develops reusable guidance, templates, and processes. Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Fund Operations, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Customer Success teams is required.
