Anrok seeks a Software Engineer with 7+ years experience to own product feature development, fix bugs, and collaborate on technical issues.

The Software Engineer will design and develop product features, address technical issues, and collaborate with coworkers to meet customer needs at Anrok. Prior experience is not required and a strong technical background with 4+ years of experience is necessary.

Manage customer onboarding accounts from implementation through handoff, coordinating tax and technical teams, configuring platform settings, delivering training, tracking progress, maintaining CRM records, and resolving blockers. The role also develops onboarding workflows, monitors adoption and compliance, analyzes customer feedback and success metrics, and improves processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As a Post-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will enhance customer expansion through technical discovery, account strategy collaboration, and managing complex implementations while acting as a technical advisor and mentoring others.

Drive revenue growth by guiding customers through technical integrations and becoming a technical expert on Anrok's tax automation platform. Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful implementations and improve product offerings.

Administer and scale the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper); design automations and sales workflows; own quote-to-cash systems; ensure data quality and security; partner with GTM leaders and a GTM engineer to implement AI-enabled process improvements.

Lead and grow the Platform & AI Infrastructure team, set product and technical strategy, write and review code, build shared services (authn/authz, RBAC, FGAC, audit trails), and design and operate reliable AI/LLM infrastructure. Mentor engineers, hire, and embed AI where appropriate to accelerate the product while maintaining compliance.

Design and build fault-tolerant, distributed infrastructure for AI agents (memory, state, execution). Own architecture, deploy production services, create observability/eval tooling, collaborate on compliance workflows, improve performance and reliability, and mentor engineers.
