Owns Anthropic’s marketing measurement framework connecting marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and product usage. Responsibilities include defining metrics, building data models and dashboards, analyzing funnel performance and attribution with SQL, resolving data quality issues, aligning cross-functional teams, educating stakeholders, and presenting actionable insights to marketing leadership and executives.

Own and build Anthropic’s political law compliance program, including PAC operations, political contributions, pay-to-play screening, lobbying compliance, gifts and ethics reviews, and related corporate compliance workflows. Manage outside counsel and vendors, develop training and controls, partner with Legal, Policy, Finance, and Government Affairs, and lead AI-assisted compliance intake and case-management processes.

Design and ship polished, user-centered AI product experiences and complex workflows. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and feature capabilities. Create UI primitives, prototypes, and high-quality interfaces that build trust in AI technology. Work comfortably across design, code, and prototyping while operating effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
