Designs engaging K-12 digital learning content for educators, caregivers, and students. Responsibilities include needs assessment, learning objectives, storyboarding, e-learning and multimedia development, SME collaboration, quality assurance, project coordination, and evaluation. The role uses Articulate tools and Canva to create accessible online modules, videos, and interactive assets while monitoring educational technology and AI trends.

Supports end-to-end paid media campaigns across social, search, programmatic, print, and email channels. Coordinates internal teams and agencies, manages creative trafficking and approvals, tracks budgets and insertion orders, and reports on metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Applies A/B testing and audience segmentation to optimize campaigns, maintains campaign records, and helps ensure marketing initiatives meet organizational goals and deadlines.

Leads public affairs initiatives addressing antisemitism through advocacy campaigns, political engagement, coalition building, public education, and strategic outreach. The role tracks political, media, and policy developments, converts insights into action, coordinates cross-functional teams, and develops relationships with political and civic stakeholders. It requires strong communication, persuasive writing, public speaking, political ecosystem knowledge, and an understanding of antisemitism, anti-Zionism, and 501(c)(3) political activity restrictions.
