Manage corporate U.S. immigration caseloads covering nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, green cards, government filings, audits, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with external immigration counsel, HR, business leaders, and global mobility teams; advise on immigration processes and policy compliance; track milestones; support annual immigration projects; update documentation; provide reporting; and identify and escalate legal or timeline risks. The role is fully onsite in Dallas or New York and may require overtime during peak cycles.

Coordinates with external immigration counsel, HR, business stakeholders, and global mobility teams; advises on immigration processes and policy; tracks milestones; validates filing data; supports government inquiries, reporting, documentation, annual immigration projects, interns, and new hires. Requires strong organization, judgment, communication, confidentiality, analytical skills, and Excel proficiency.

Support marketing managers with project administration, meeting notes, scheduling, file management, and progress tracking. Learn and use proprietary marketing platforms, recommend educational resources, and assist with custom projects. Build agent marketing materials and support social media/brand initiatives.
