Lead end-to-end procurement for assigned categories: sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment. Build vendor relationships, align category strategy with stakeholders, manage procure-to-pay transactions (Coupa/ServiceNow), perform spend analytics and KPI reporting, and ensure procurement policy compliance while supporting renewals and RFI/RFP processes.

Manage US nonimmigrant and immigrant visa and green card caseloads onsite (NYC or Dallas); liaise with external counsel and HR, advise stakeholders, update policies, perform data validation and reporting, assist with annual immigration projects (e.g., H‑1B), and ensure timely, compliant government filings.

Manage escrow closings from data entry through disbursement: calculate and validate fees, prepare and verify closing documents, schedule closings, balance disclosures, resolve client issues, and maintain timely status using proprietary systems and daily reports.
