Territory-focused hunter responsible for full-cycle sales: outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, pitching, negotiation, closing, and cross-functional handoffs. Educate customers on Apartment List platform and AI leasing solutions, maintain Salesforce/Gong hygiene, and travel within the Northeast territory to drive new business.

Own marketing channel performance tracking, reporting, and analysis. Design and analyze experiments (A/B, incrementality), build dashboards in Looker/Tableau, support LTV and forecasting models, identify measurement gaps, and translate analysis into clear recommendations for Growth, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders.

Build and maintain backend and full-stack marketplace features while supporting ML Ops infrastructure (model deployment, feature stores, real-time pipelines, monitoring). Collaborate with data scientists to bring models to production, write well-tested code, address performance and scalability issues, and contribute to technical planning and cross-functional communication.
