Leads Appian’s global demo readiness function, owning the DemoHub product lifecycle, reusable demo asset library, interactive Storylane experiences, and scalable demo environments. The role manages roadmap prioritization, requirements, release quality, adoption metrics, governance, and AI-assisted demo generation. It also coaches a distributed technical team and partners with Product, Marketing, Enablement, Sales Operations, IT, and field leadership to improve demo quality, sales effectiveness, pipeline velocity, and win rates.

Lead a global revenue enablement organization (7-8 direct reports) to scale GTM programs across Field Sales, Solution Consulting, Partners, and Onboarding. Develop a unified enablement roadmap, optimize Seismic and related platforms, institutionalize MEDDPICC and Ambition Planning, modernize onboarding to reduce ramp time, and measure enablement impact with data-driven KPIs for executive leadership.
