Lead visual design across digital, print, and branch channels; develop on-brand campaigns, motion graphics, and branch materials; establish and maintain brand guidelines; manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders and agencies, mentor junior designers, and optimize workflows.

Lead daily branch teller operations, supervise and train teller staff, process and audit cash transactions, resolve customer issues, enforce compliance (AML/BSA/OFAC), support sales referrals, assist branch management with performance reviews and hiring, and perform teller duties as needed.

The Management Associate will undergo management training, develop leadership skills, manage branch operations, and meet business and customer service goals.
