Responsibilities include customizing the theme, creating product and digital-pattern sales, setting up events and workshops, developing blog and educational content, and establishing clear purchase and learning journeys. The site must be maintainable by a nontechnical owner and launched by the end of the year or early January.

Manage and grow social media for a Columbus HVAC and refrigeration contractor. Responsibilities include developing channel strategy, creating and repurposing images, captions, and short-form videos, coordinating field content, maintaining publishing schedules, engaging with audiences, routing sales inquiries, analyzing performance, applying SEO, and recommending paid advertising. The role requires independent ownership, strong written English, content editing skills, and some overlap with US Eastern Time.

Improve and maintain an existing website and interactive dashboard using vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Integrate Google Sheets for editable dashboard data, create a manageable blog workflow, refine the user interface, document data sources and implementation, establish repository and Cloudflare deployment processes, and train non-technical users. The project is expected to be completed in approximately two weeks with daily overlap with the Palestine/SWANA team.
