Guide clients through pre-sales solution design, technical demonstrations, onboarding, integrations, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization. Serve as the primary technical advisor for partner implementations, troubleshoot data flows and configurations, create technical documentation, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities. The role requires strong REST API, webhook, JSON, SQL, data integration, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills.

Lead full-cycle projects impacting millions and collaborate with product and UX teams to define requirements and execute development plans.

Serve as primary partner contact for wealth management clients: onboard and guide partners through implementation, build partner management models, coordinate cross-functional teams, craft partnership and product strategies, execute deals with banks/issuers, and drive retention and new offering launches.
