Perform financial audits, prepare audit workpapers and adjusting trial balances, compile financial statements, manage client engagements, communicate findings, and build client relationships. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, three to five years of public accounting experience, Excel and Caseware proficiency, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel to client sites.

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, primarily for partnerships and other flow-through entities. Manage client engagements from planning through completion, research tax issues, review workpapers, resolve technical comments, and communicate directly with clients. Provide coaching to junior staff, collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, and use tax technology and automation to improve service delivery.

Manages corporate tax compliance, including complex federal, state, local, consolidated, and multi-state returns. Oversees ASC 740 income tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions. Leads and mentors tax professionals, develops tax strategies, conducts research, advises clients on transactions and restructurings, and manages client and regulatory relationships.
