Manage front desk and visitor operations for a corporate office, including guest check-in, badge issuance, host notifications, wayfinding, phone and inbox coverage, conference-room calendars, vendor access, and departure support. Coordinate with security, executive assistants, workplace services, and hospitality teams to deliver polished guest experiences. Resolve service issues, protect confidential information, and follow security, emergency-response, and incident procedures while rotating between opening and closing shifts.

Supports corporate governance, legal entity management, contract administration, private fund operations, investor onboarding, regulatory filings, and investment transaction closings. Maintains board materials, corporate records, filings, transaction trackers, subscription documents, AML/KYC records, and legal operations infrastructure. Coordinates with internal teams, portfolio companies, fund administrators, and outside counsel on matters, billing, budgets, and administration. The role is onsite five days weekly in New York City.

Leads Aquarian’s workplace hospitality and guest experience strategy across office locations. Manages reception and guest experience teams, service standards, executive and VIP visits, conference services, catering, pantry programs, workplace amenities, vendors, budgets, and operating procedures. Partners with workplace stakeholders and senior leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality employee and guest experiences.

Leads workplace and office services, including floor support, pantry and conference room operations, mail and document services, supplies, inventory, employee requests, and onboarding readiness. Manages office services staff, vendors, budgets, service levels, procedures, and process improvements while partnering with HR, IT, security, facilities, and workplace teams to deliver responsive employee support.

Manage and validate large datasets across investment operations, including daily and monthly cash and position reconciliations, security and pricing data maintenance, data pipelines, and ETL processes. Support compliance monitoring, resolve discrepancies, improve operational workflows, and collaborate with custodians, clients, counterparties, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, Excel expertise, and experience in investment operations or financial services.

Conduct macro and market research across equities, credit, currencies and macro data; produce recurring thought leadership and research reports; synthesize market developments into actionable views; support investment teams with data analysis and thematic work; mentor junior analysts.
