The RoleAquarian Holdings is looking for an exceptional individual to join our Workplace Services team as an Office Services Manager, reporting to the Director, Workplace Services – Headquarters.
The Office Services Manager will lead daily workplace services that enable employee productivity, including floor support, pantry and conference room operations, mail and document services, workplace readiness, office supplies, and employee requests. A central focus is developing a proactive, relationship-driven Floor Coordinator program that anticipates needs, removes friction, and owns requests through resolution across functional boundaries.
The successful candidate is a resourceful service leader who combines strong operational judgment, exceptional follow-through, and a relationship-driven approach to service delivery.
This position is five-days per week in office, located in New York City, with an ability to travel to other Aquarian locations if necessary.
Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of the Office Services teams, including hiring, staff development, coordination, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
Develop and lead a proactive, relationship-driven Office Services Coordinator program tailored to the needs of each employee population.
Establish mechanisms to identify, track, escalate, and resolve employee workplace requests through completion
Manage pantry operations, including vendor management, ordering, inventory, replenishment, receiving, storage, cleanliness, readiness, and waste controls
Oversee conference room operations, including room resets, supplies, scheduling mechanics, and escalation of technology or facilities issues
Manage mail, package, courier, copy, print, scanning, document, office supply, equipment, and workplace inventory services
Coordinate workplace readiness for employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstations, furniture, ergonomic needs, supplies, and cross-functional coordination
Partner closely with Building Services, Hospitality & Workplace Experience, Human Resources, IT, Security, and external vendors to deliver seamless workplace operations and resolve employee needs.
Develop operating procedures and lead process improvement efforts across floor services, pantries, conference rooms, mail and document services, workplace readiness, and employee support
Manage Office Services budgets, inventory, service levels, and vendor performance to ensure operational effectiveness and service excellence.

Bachelor's degree preferred
6-8+ years of experience in office services, workplace operations, workplace experience, hospitality, or related employee support functions
Experience leading floor coordinator, workplace services, office operations, or other employee-facing service teams
Experience managing pantry, conference room, mail and document, office supply, equipment, inventory, and vendor operations
Experience coordinating workplace readiness and employee onboarding while developing service standards, operating procedures, and scalable support models in a fast-paced environment.
Financial services, private equity, hedge fund, or family office experience preferred
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
